1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ug775 platform at https://ug775.cam (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") enter into a binding legal agreement with ug775 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules governing specific games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and ug775.

10. Dispute Resolution

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your ug775 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirements.

11.2 ug775-Initiated Closure

ug775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

11.3 Consequences of Closure

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
